Individual Therapy

Together, we'll explore what's weighing on you, understand the patterns that keep showing up, and build the tools and clarity you need to move forward. Whether you're navigating a major life transition, struggling with anxiety, feeling emotionally depleted, or simply stuck, therapy can help you reconnect with your strengths and find a path that feels right for you.
Sessions are 50 minutes and are available in person in Westport, CT or via secure telehealth for adults throughout Connecticut.
Couples Therapy
Every relationship goes through difficult seasons. Maybe you're having the same argument on repeat. Maybe you feel distant from each other, or you're facing a major change and struggling to navigate it together. Couples therapy offers a guided space to slow down, really hear each other, and find your way back to the partnership you want.
I work with couples at all stages - those managing conflict, those rebuilding after a rupture, and those who simply want to strengthen their connection before problems take root. Sessions are collaborative and focused on helping both of you feel understood, not just heard.

Anxiety & Stress

In therapy, we work to understand what's driving your anxiety, not just manage the symptoms. Together, we'll explore the thoughts and patterns beneath the surface and build practical strategies that help you feel more grounded, confident, and in control. You don't have to keep white-knuckling your way through the day.
Grief & Loss
Grief is not a problem to be solved - it's a deeply human experience that deserves space, time, and compassionate support. Whether you've lost a loved one, a relationship, a role, or a version of your life you expected to have, grief can leave you feeling untethered and alone.
Therapy won't rush you through your grief or tell you how you should be feeling. Instead, we work at your pace to process what you've lost, honor what it meant to you, and gradually find a way to carry it forward. There is no timeline for grief - but you don't have to carry it alone.
Life Transitions
Midlife is full of transitions that can shake your sense of identity and direction - divorce, an empty nest, retirement, a career shift, a move, or a relationship that has fundamentally changed. These moments can feel disorienting even when they are chosen, and especially when they aren't.
Therapy during life transitions is about more than coping. It's about understanding who you are now, what you want from this next chapter, and how to move toward it with intention. Many of my clients come to therapy during a transition feeling lost and leave with a clearer, stronger sense of themselves and their future.
